This new website was launched in the summer of 2010 as a much needed upgrade to Flyware´s presence on the web. This upgrade was to accompany the release of the latest upgrade of the eLoadsheet which was launched at the same time.

The aim is to provide relevant information about the company and its products, its foundation and expertise and furthermore to launch a platform for customers and interested parties to get access to our products and services. Our ambitions are to maintain a dynamic portal of information to increase the value we offer in our software an services. 

We aim to provide information and news on relevant activities within our company, the projects we are working on and industry news. We also aim to create a community around our products, their use and weight and balance in general to take this segment of the industry to its well deserved place.

Flyware Help Desk
This upgrade introduces the Flyware Help Desk, a support application to increase the service level already offered. Support Tickets can be created and tracked online and an advanced notification mechanism keeps everyone updated on the progress. All customers have access to the Help Desk and can manage their own users and communicate directly with Flyware.

More exciting things will be made available on www.flyware.net. Things like Computer Based Training, Community environment for weight and balance and more.
