eLoadsheet is available to customers both as an inhouse hosted solution and as a Flyware hosted solution. Both scenarios are fully supported by our Support Services and Help Desk. Flyware´s data center is located in Reykjavík, Iceland. Generally, customers who sign up to use eLoadsheet get access to Flyware´s hosted environment and a Support Contract. Further information on the Flyware Data Center is available in the menu on the left.
Flyware Help Desk
All customers with an active Support Contract have access to Flyware´s Help Desk from where they can create Support Tickets, access information on open tickets and other relevant information. The Flyware Help Desk also contains an advanced troubleshooting mechanism and a taylor made knowledge base. Furthermore, from the Flyware Help Desk customers can download various documents and information like user guides, administration guides, best practices and more.
To get access to the Flyware Help Desk, you will need a username and a password.
eLoadsheet and Powerloader share a common license metric that reflects the usage of the systems. The number of tailnumbers is the metric we use to calculate the license cost of both eLoadsheet and Powerloader and we feel it is the most optimal way of providing our software and match tha cost to the usage. There are specific scenarios where this does not fit and other means are needed to match the usage like in the case of ground handlers where the number of aircrafts installed does not reflect the usage of the system.
